At Sherwood: Was a two-sport star for the Warriors, playing both football and baseball ... made it to state finals in 2005 and 2006 in football, as well as 2007 in baseball ... played infield, outfield and pitched for the Warriors ... excelled in the classroom, as well, graduating with a 3.85 GPA ... member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Has one sister, Katie ... also recruited by Marietta and Richmond ... chose Maryland for the engineering school ... plans on majoring in engineering.
